This is a "by invitation only" storage space for photos currently being worked on.
Materials stored here may be short-lived, so there is no index and the photos are only accessible by my providing visitors with active links and passwords.
That means you have most probably only arrived here because I've invited you. I'm sorry there's no index for you to explore, but it does ensure a degree of privacy as well as protection for my work.
I would be grateful if you did not forward links to my pages and photographs to any third party without prior permission. Each visit is logged and heavier than normal traffic will be noted.
Unfortunately, in common with many other photographers, I have continuing problems of my photographs being "borrowed" for use on other websites and in print. When I find unlicensed use, the person responsible often claims it was some sort of mistake. Their mistake is believing they wouldn't get caught and needn't pay for their use of my work. My invoices in such cases are not outlandish, and it really is a waste of time disputing them. All offenders have been paid in full, despite what they may have believed they could get away with at the outset. Delaying payment simply leads to a greater payment, under the late payment legislation.
In contrast, I am profoundly grateful to my customers: the ones who appreciate the value of photography and the necessity to sustain those who can provide them with the images they need. Having the leeway to get the job done is great, too – though I always try to be receptive to your ideas.
My half-day rate starts at £300 and the day rate at £500, payable two weeks in advance, with a 20% cancellation fee. Due to the nature of my other work, please give as much notice as possible for bookings, or allow plenty of time for completion.
